(# 2) ROCKHURST 10yo has apparently found the fountain of youth since moving to the Mike Stidham barn. All three starts for Stidham were strong wins over fields like this. Not sure how long he can keep it up, hut Stidham gives him the 3-4 weeks in between starts that he prefers. With Albarado in NY with Secret Gypsy he is reunited with Lanerie. (# 7) TIMBERAH May have been best when beaten a half-length by Rockhurst two starts back. Last time he finished a close 4th when moved up in class off the Amoss claim. Tough to beat as Amoss drops him back to the level claimed. Was a vet scratch against many of these on Feb. 15 and also Feb. 27. (# 3) PARKER RUN Consistent 8yo needs his races spaced out at this point in his career but only missed the board once in his last 10 starts. He finished one length behind Rockhurst in both starts this season. He had been idle for 8 weeks prior to his last start, so he could improve with recency. (# 6) ZETETIC Must respect his speed, espeically taking a smart drop to $20,000 and making 2nd start off a layoff. Gets Bridgemohan who forms a strong rider and trainer combo for Malcom Pierce.
