*** RACE ONE ANALYSIS ***
by The Wizard on Saturday, March 14, 2009
Most of the horses entered in race one, which has been taken off the grass, show little or no wet track experience which makes this a very tricky affair. (# 8) SALIC LAW Appears to have the best wet track form of any in here. Beaten a neck when second three starts back on the slop in an off the turf race at today's level. (# 9) BAMBOO GAP ran well in his lone wet track race when third. Drops back to $17,500, the level in which he scored a decisive win two starts back. Has tactical speed and loves to win. (# 11) LOVE CONQUERS Shows a couple of third place finishers on wet tracks. Main plus for him is that he loves the mile distance. (# 7) WATZ HIS NAME has all seven career wins on dirt, but only two starts on a wet track. Did run second in the goo, but that was slow race. Nevertheless as a longshot he should be considered a contender against this bunch.
