RACE SEVEN OBSERVATIONS by The Wizard on Saturday, March 21, 2009

8-1 winner CAJOLE sat a perfect trip in 4th while saving ground on both turns. Tipped out at the top of the stretch, hooked LUDMIG in deep stretch then edged clear. LUDWIG was in the same position as the winner, but racing widest. Moved nicely approaching the stretch, driving to a narrow lead in deep stretch but was outfinished. 3-5 favorite ANTRIUM COUNTY sat outside in mid pack. Asked for run at the top of the stretch and responded but only with a one paced rally. Had no punch late when in counted. Disappointing effort.
