(# 7) TIZAQUEENA Classy daughter of Tiznow has developed nicely for Stidham and seems ready for stakes competition. After a big win in her debut last winter she went to the sidelines after a 2nd place finish in the Tiffany Lass. She came back in top form when she overcame a stumbling start to score nicely in a 1st tier allowance. Stidham tried her on the lawn at the 2nd allowance level and she passed that test with flying colors. Although she has shown the ability to rate Theriot put her on the lead and she never looked back. Her final quarter in :23 4/5 bodes well for further success on the lawn. This up and coming filly can earn her first black type here. (# 6) APLLE MARTINI Late running filly was victimized by slow fractions in the Pago Hop and also in her Jan. 29 allowance. She got the fractions that she needs last time but was rated too far back. Even her :23 1/5 final quarter was not enough. Should get an honest pace this time, just needs the right ride from Graham. (# 8) SHYTOELAFEET Strong allowance win in her first start of the meet then ran great in both of her narrow losses to Stormy West. She was sent off the favorite against several of these last time but failed to punch it in. She could be over the top, but she will more likely bounce back for Larry Jones. (# 9) PRETTY SQUALL is racing in very sharp form at the present. With the late scratches of a couple of speed horses, this mare’s chances move up. Likes this course. Nicks barn going very well this meet.
