She allowed (4) GABBY’S GOLDEN GAL to set the early pace, took command when Calvin Borel was ready around the far turn, and then drew clear with absolutely no urging whatsoever, with Borel remaining motionless as she ran away and hid. (3) STONE LEGACY was outrun early towards the inside down the backstretch, improved her position on the turn and then passed exhausted horses for the place. (8) FLYING SPUR - Raced lapped on another runner in the second flight down the backstretch, had no response when asked and simply outlasted the others. (4) GABBY’S GOLDEN GAL was sent immediately to the lead, held an advantage until late on the far turn, and gave way readily once displaced on the front end.
